I made an appointment Sat to see the car Monday Morning 6/29. When I called to confirm I was told the vehicle was sold. I was not informed that this occurred and had made arrangements (taking off work). This was upsetting to my 16 year old daughter as well as to myself. The major thing is not being infomed.
Dealer was kind, understanding and I never felt pressured or anything.
Quick to respond but I found out car advertised as no accidents; Carfax said airbags had been deployed
Rude workers and terrible customer service. Only allow you to test drive ONE car. They dont even leave their booth and tell you anything informative about the cars.
