I have had to deal with Natasha Dougherty who was the property manager for the unit I was RENTING. She is by far the WORST, is super RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL person I have ever rented an apartment from. Till date the company holds my security deposit of $1700 and it demands me to pay $500 more before they return my security deposit. SCAMMERS Natasha Dougherty and Kelly Wills I applied after seeing their rental postings and paying $45 for the application fee. 2 days later Natasha want me $ 500 for deposit, she sent me tenant link in there web page, I sent from my bank account...1 or 2 hour later she send an other mail and said they would not rent me because they said I have insufficient income ( rent $1245 and my income $1600 in a week, my credit score 796). Mark, Kelly, and team have been invaluable in managing my condo in DC. I can honestly say I do not see how it is possible for them to provide better service at what I thought was a great cost. I highly recommend M Squared for property management. Also, I would urge anyone leaving DC who owns a unit not to waste time and money trying to manage a property on their own.
