I can’t make this up, went in for a fill and picked these colors. I felt very rushed while picking the colors first off. Then went he went to actually paint my nails he put a ton of coats of polish on and told me to sit under the dryer for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes passed I looked at my nails and they were full of bubbles and didn’t look smooth at all, I asked for them to be fixed. I’ve never felt so rushed with a pedicure. I paid for the more expensive one, and the entire pedicure took 25 minutes. It was not relaxing at all. I won’t be back- it was my first and only time. Then the guy doing my pedi was looking in my purse when I handed him a card. He came back with my receipt and was annoyed that I didn’t want to give him cash for a tip, said he would have to run my card again. What the heck?? Very unprofessional
Horrible experience overall. Worst polish application I have ever had. Nails weren't even filed or shaped but cut at weird pointy angles. Polish on the skin around the nails. Nail tech seemed annoyed I wasn't interested in the deluxe pedicure and only wanted the basic one. I showed the woman at the front desk and she sent the same nail tech out who proceeded to saw at my toes with her Emery board to the point of pain. Best pedicure I’ve had in Brighton!
3 of my fingers were bleeding when I left. The coloring isn’t the same, some parts are faded and there are strange bumps I’m very disappointed.
Terrible job. Guy who did my nails was rude, rough and rushed through the shellac manicure. Nails are uneven. Won’t be back.
