Absolutely horrible. Don’t waste your money here. They can’t keep the polish on the nails and then scrape it off with their nails and their tools. They made me bleed and I STILL have polish all over my fingers. If I could rate then negatively I would.
Seems like the more I go the worst the service gets. Paid for a pedi today and it lasted 10 minutes. Water was ice cold and she didn’t seem to care when I told her. Time to find somewhere new.
I want so badly to write a good review of this place! But unfortunately I can't. I have been in many times for both full sets and pedi's. Yesterday was the final straw for me. Six of my fingers were cut and bleeding. There was no acknowledgement or apology. I came in for a fill. The two gels colors I picked out at the front did not have a sticker on them stating they were out of stock, however when I sat down I was told both were out and given different options. Gel polish can be chipped or peeled off sometimes but we do stand behind our work and willing to fix the polish. I came in for a walk in and the manicurist did an amazing job on my nails. She is very engaging and hospitable. Their customer service was on point. Would recommend!

I've come in several times and have never been disappointed. They were very helpful :) & never over cut your cuticles & they listen to what I want. Just go! … You won't regret it!
I walked in and asked for a full gel set. And was immediately seated. They are accommodating and perfectionists! They did exactly what I wanted didn't rush me. I have to say the place was very clean. 5 stars is much deserved! There are so many people working here, that you'll never have to wait longer than 5 minutes :)
I have tried this Nail Salon on my lunch break after being dissatisfied. Got 15 mins with my feet soaking before the staff came to start. They were skilled and funy & did my pedicure and painted my nails the shellac color. I truly feel spoiled after leaving.
