Mimi always does a BEAUTIFUL job!!!
Every time I come here for a fill, I am charged a different price. Had a fill today, charged $5 more. Length of nails are not uniform, cuticle nicked when filing, tips/edges of nails not adequately polished (no polish on some edges). Definitely will not be back.
I will never step foot in that place again! I had an appt. today and the person at the desk double booked. And while I am in the chair getting started she is going to come over and argue that she told me to come at a different time! Even though it was my name in that spot and time. I the appt. book. To many other salons out there to be treated like this. Especially how often I’m in there and the business I bring in.
Twee at M Nail Salon is great! I've been going to Monique and company since they opened. Monique & Mimi are great! Ask for James, Michelle or Twee.
Absolute worst customer service I have encountered! My daughters are smart capable young ladies that know how to spend within their means. They asked SEVERAL times about pricing. Before the appointments were made, arriving for their appointments and as services were being rendered. NEVER were they told of upcharges doubling the cost of their pedicures! I gave up on this place 3 years ago and to my regret I tried this place thinking maybe they would have bettered their staffs attitude and services, nope. I got a deluxe pedicure from a younger man who could of cared less if I enjoyed the pedicure or not. His attitude sucked I was in and out of that chair faster than a lady in the chair next to me who was there before getting a basic pedicure.
