the wood was wood and not that expensive but much higher than lowes and home depot with same quaility wood, (no different wood no matter what They say).... the employees were incredibly rude, clearly did not want to assist me, did not speak back when greeted while making eye contact, did not respond at all to my "thank you and have a good day"....literally every employee came off like good ole boy hicks that did not want me there....hope their happy because M & M lumber wont get another dime from me, ever.
Ordered a door that they said would be ready Saturday morning, they close at noon I got there at 11:55 and they refused to give it to because they said the door shop closed early now I have to write it out myself and put a door knob for open house tomorrow and try to get a refund from them on Tuesday, I wish they would have told me what time I really had to be there or at least have the time that there Door Shop closes posted on their website
