Bob is a wonderful pharmacist and author. The entire staff is friendly and competent. I am always greeted by name. Scripts are filled almost immediately and with careful attention to contraindications. In addition to serving our pharmacological needs, the store hosts a fabulous greeting card selection, gifts, and novelties.
Always a personal touch...so nice to be greeted by name.
Prescriptions are usually done within 15-20 minutes. And they are extra careful on checking that there aren't any drug interactions!! Unlike any other pharmacy around here!! I don't mind driving into downtown Rochester at all even though there is at least 7 different pharmacies, from my house to Lytles'(from Auburn Rd & John R Roads). And their pharmacy technician, Ms. Kelly, my daughter, absolutely loves! Ms. Kelly is also very helpful! :)
always got my prescriptions refilled in there before I moved back to Germany 3 years ago. Great ,friendly and fast service. Also love the gift section and really hope they still sell the little main street buildings because I need my family to send them to me so I feel "home" again :)
