Saved my hiney BIG time!!..very professional & courteous people but the $500 deposit was surely ABOVE & BEYOND expectation. They stole my 1500 security deposit. I paid to have my apartment professionally cleaned and they claimed that AFTER MY LEASE ENDED that the homeless people ripped open my OUTSIDE trash cans digging through my trash that I put at the road a week after my lease ended and claimed that's where my 1500 went. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!!!! They are RUDE AND HAVE LIED TO ME MULTIPLE TIMES. TO GET THEN ON THE PHONE WAS A JOKE. Friendly staff & very professional. They helped me while enlisting them on a rental property I "almost" rented by saving me the time & moneys put down on what very well could have been a terrible situation that was going horribly wrong by almost locking me into a lease with a bad seed..Thank you Lyons..you went above & beyond! From the starting process to the move out they really worked with us. Any issue we had were resolved quickly. Which there were not many issues at all. I'd rent from Lyons Real Estate Inc again if I'm ever looking to rent again. Thank you again.
Highest pricing for background checks -$75 per person Totally unreasonable lease with no protections afforded to tenants (this is their standard lease and they would make no changes) Definitely would not recommend We walked away from a nice property that we liked
