Dr. Lyons is amazing!! She was very clear and informative. She provided a safe space for me to ask my health questions. She truly cares about her patients.

As someone who works in healthcare and is an aspiring provider, I was very disappointed with this practice. I am so confused how this practice has over a 4-star average rating. I looked for a PA or NP to see, hoping to have more collaboration and intention than with an MD. I had a virtual visit with NP Lyons for dermatology concerns. Instructions for virtual visit were not given. Lyons was an hour late for my first and second appointments, no apology or even acknowledgement.
