RecommendedIt is so good to get back into contact lenses that don't dry out. I love going to Lyon Contact Lens Center because not only does Dr Bill Lyon diligently find the best lenses suited for my eyes, but also he and his wonderful staff (presently just his wife) always make me feel special and loved. If you need to get contact lenses or change the prescription, please go see them!
For someone who has had prescription glasses for 10 years, periodically trying contacts but never being able to find the "right fit" of lense, Bill Lyon and his staff have exceeded my expectations. Bill and his staff are top notch - they go far and away above and beyond to ensure their patients are comfortable and cared for. One time I even showed up a week early for an appointment (not realizing it of course) and they seamlessly added me into the schedule and it wasn’t until I checked my calendar a few days later that I had realized my mistake. They never said a word. Now I make the drive from San Diego every year.
The staff at Lyon Contact Lens center are excellent. Bill Lyon is very knowledgeable about finding the right contact lens for your eyes and makes sure they fit right so you can see your best. Ive been going to them for years and with my high prescription, I need as much help as I can get. They have always been wonderful and a compassionate group of people. I wish I could wear contacts. The dusty investment I work in don’t allow it. Bill fit me and spent an incredible amount of time with me. I was probably the impatient one. He is the best! I’ve known him over 25 years. His pride in his craft is second to none. He is simply the best! He loves and is passionate about what he does. Gabby and Bill always treat you like family.
I’ve been coming to Bill Lyon for 20 years this month. He prescribed a gas permeable contact lens that I can use. I have mono vision and keratoconus. I can see!! And he is so friendly!

As always, for the last 20 years, the staff is always courteous and attentive. The visit usually begins with great conversation and the staff genuinely care about you, family, and work. Dr. Lyon is very professional and explains all that may be occurring with your eyes and health, present and future. His innovative treatments to help people see better than when they came in is amazing and appreciated. The service is outstanding!
The flexibility when there’s an emergency is outstanding!!! with out any doubt they find the time to see me even if I don’t have appointment. The doctor Lyon and staff are very helpful with my needs, and I love the environment. Off course I will recommend it.
