I heard from my neighbor that Lynnhaven Marine was offering a new Mobile service. I decided to try them out. It took them 4 weeks to finally get my boat. The first time they said they tried but we're fighting wasps. Of course my thinking was, why not bring some wasp spray, wait 10 minutes and finish the job. The second time they tried to tow my boat in they came a low or mid-tide and ran aground. Then the 3rd time was a charm, they came when it was high tide and were successful to get my boat to there shop. This gets better.... read more

A couple years ago, we bought our first boat and kept it stored at Lynnhaven Marine Boatel. The office staff as well as dockhands were awesome. They showed patience and gave guidance as we learned the ropes. Fast forward to the present and we were ready to upgrade! If I could rate zero stars, I would. The forklift operators are always nice. The girls in the office, however, awful customer service, lazy, and rude, and has only gotten worse over the past 3 years.
