I was a a walk in. I asked for a pedicure! The pedicure was very painful and I told the women to stop!! She continued as I told her it was very painful! I am a Registered Nurse and I have never experienced anything like this!! My large right toe now looks infected and is very painful!! I am a local resident and can not and will not recommend this place they need to close!! I am sure I am going to have to seek medical treatment from my doctor!! Please do not go to this place they need to close!
I'm really shocked to see the low reviews. I've been going going to Lynn nails for over 4 years which is before they were at this location. They badge always been very friendly, accommodating and professional. I get manicures, pedicures and body waxing done here. I move to Fredericksburg and still come up for my monthly pampering.
This place is terrible. Do not give them your business. Don't get your eyelashes done here; all of mine fell off the next day. I asked for a refund three days later and she wouldn't supply it. Don't bother with this place.
While getting my pedicure done I told the lady not to go too deep while cleaning the nails and she did anyways and made me bleed. She put the cotton ball in alcohol and packed it in and didn't take it out. It was really painful and my both big toe ended up infected therefore had to see the doctor to clean out the infection with even more painful numbing injection. Would not recommend this place to anyone obviously they are not good about keeping their place and instrument clean. Hope no one goes through what I went through.
The first time I went here, I loved it. They really took their time and did an excellent job making my nails look the way I wanted (that I got the right color and shape etc). The last time I went there the service was awful. They had been busy earlier, so I left to run some errands before returning, and when I got back they were able to start immediately. I went to Lynn Nails as a first time customer. This place is so unprofessional. The technician that was doing my nails was on her cell phone while servicing me! I couldn't believe it. While i was getting my nails done another technician stood there watching. I hate that! I had to return an hour later because she put so many coats on my nails that they wouldn't dry and they messed up. I will never go back there! NEVER!
This place is new, and so I thought I'd give it a try. I went in last Sunday and there were 4 women working, but twice as many clients. So, I sat in a foot bath for 35 minutes while they worked on others. The woman finally came over to work on me, and I have a couple of issues. First, it seemed very half-hearted.
