My husband and I have been VERY pleased with our experiences working with Lynn. She is very knowledgeable and honest (even when the news isn't that great). I call and spoke to Lynn. she told me she couldn't talk just now and would call me back. After more then an hour I called her back. Being upset because I had to call her I was a bit short with Lynn after all I'm looking to buy a home and I felt more then an hour waiting for a call was unacceptable. Then when I did reach her I was told she was in a beauty parlor getting her hair done. To me Lynn's hair is more important then selling a home. She did say she could talk while getting her hair cut. We'd been half-serious about house shopping for some time. My wife had started to make overtures to listing agents, from advertisements (of the agents themselves), or listed properties. She was surprised, and disappointed, at the lack of responsiveness. One Realtor, advertising in a local AARP (Greater Cincinnati) magazine, never returned her calls. If you want someone that hustles and lays it all on the line. Lynn is your agent. She knows her stuff but my experience with Lynn has been that she moves quick to gain position for you and keeps things moving in alignment with your goals. If things get off track, she will call a stop to it and get things corrected. If you want quick, easy, and reliable, Lynn is your agent.

Working with Lynn is a pleasure. She is smart, savvy, knowledgeable and incredibly responsive. She also stays on top of the details of your transaction. We have searched literally hundreds of homes and Lynn has showed us dozens. After two failed attempts at purchases through NO fault of Lynn's, we are in the final stages of closing on our home purchase.
