Lynn was AMAZING during my home buying process. It was my first time purchasing a home and her high level of knowledge, experience, and confidence made me feel very comfortable. There were some bumps in the road from other parties and she did whatever she had to do to make sure I got my dream house. She was always available when I needed her, whether through talking on the phone, emailing, texting, or meeting. I wouldn't even think of using another realtor!

Lynn handled my house sale and did a great job guiding me through the process as it was my first time selling a house. She is always responsive and very helpful. We encountered some delays on closing due to the buyer and she always kept me updated on everything and helped to work through the issues. I highly recommend her services to anyone!

In our search for our primary and investment properties, Lynn went the extra mile no matter how big or small our budget was. She provided the same outstanding customer service and enthusiasm when showing a large home in a nice neighborhood, or an empty lot in the country. Lynn knows her stuff and always did her homework before providing us with properties to view. We recommended Lynn to a friend and she sold their house within a couple of weeks.

Lynn Murphy Dickerscheid is a hard working Realtor. She is always in constant contact keeping us aware of how everything is going and moving along. Lynn went above and beyond in meeting our real estate needs. She personally set up contractors to do work on the house to get it ready for sale. She even chose new carpet and the wall color for maximum appeal. Lynn is very knowledgeable about the local real estate market. Lynn was nice enough and told us quite a few things about how to look for and purchase a new home. When it came to putting our house on the market, however, she was rather judgemental about where we lived, how our house was decorated and wanted us to move most of our furniture to a storage facility.

Lynn is a true professional. I can be a very demanding client and she always answered my questions (every last one of them) with patience. She spoke to me in a manner that explained in simple terms what real estate meant and also explained all of the terminology through all of the contract negotiations.
