Honest and very thorough. Lynn gets fast results & listed my home (after reviewing comparable homes in the area) at a competitive price. She was very impressive in negotiating offers made the first day of showing & was able to obtain my goal. She walked me thru all of the necessary paperwork needed, along with going thru the Buyer's Inspection Report & making recommendations. Lynn was excellent in communicating with me & answering any questions I had. She was quick to return phone calls & always had the right answer.
