I brought my 2005 Explorer to Lynn Layton for maintenance and overall check-up. I received a call giving an explanation and cost estimate for the suggested repairs which I approved. My vehicle repairs were completed on the promised date. Overall I am pleased with the service I received. The only thing is that I thought with $2681.85 in repairs they could have at lest vacuumed my vehicle. :)
