Having factory repair work done at Lynn Layton Ford Body Shop has been the WORST experience Ever. I bought my car NEW from Lynn Layton Ford 7 months ago and unfortunately I was hit in the rear and had to have my car repaired. I wanted everything to be replaced and repaired by Ford factory authorized dealer. The first time I went to get my car the paint had broken trim, runs in the paint over 2” long, scratches down to the metal. The second time I went to get my car to repair those things , the 2” run in the paint is now over... read more
Great staff! They made sure we were entertained while we waited. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We had gone to another Ford dealership earlier that day but we were put off by the manager’s cocky attitude and lack of willingness to compromise, so we took our business elsewhere and we’re glad we did. Robert Brooks was our salesman and he worked so hard to give us the best deal on our new truck. I wish there were more people like him!
