Having factory repair work done at Lynn Layton Ford Body Shop has been the WORST experience Ever. I bought my car NEW from Lynn Layton Ford 7 months ago and unfortunately I was hit in the rear and had to have my car repaired. I wanted everything to be replaced and repaired by Ford factory authorized dealer. The first time I went to get my car the paint had broken trim, runs in the paint over 2” long, scratches down to the metal. I purchased a new F-250 Lariat last year and the sales people were truly professional. NO Pressure at all. Completed the transaction in about 1 hour and was thoroughly pleased. I just had their body shop replace my tailgate with one that had a step in it, and I could not have been more impressed. All the employees were so nice and really efficient. I would recommend Lynn Layton Ford to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a new car or truck.

I LOVE my new Escape. Our Salesman, Jason Godsey, was so accommodating and patient. We weren't exactly sure which vehicle we wanted and he was very helpful in explaining every detail about each vehicle we inquired about. The new car sales manager, Ben, and the finance manager, Mr. Stackhouse were very friendly and knowledgeable about every question and concern we had.
