Annual, folllow-up visit. As usual, highly professional attention by Dr Iler and her colleague. Pre-visit, automated phone call very robotic/electronic - sounded like a robo call and was disconnected (by me) before message was completed. Check in (online) process highly automated and was awkward when no mobile contact number was provided (by me). Issue resolved by my call in to confirm appointment (five minute "hold").
