First time to "Cycle" and It was an unforgettable experience. Dark atmosphere, incredible instructor, FABULOUS music, encouraging words getting you through the intense moments.. whew!! A+ PS first class is free! (Of course I hopped on that).
How great is this workout!!! I am used to 3-4 intense workouts a week and it still kicked my butt!! Happy it is in the dark! Lol Kelsey and Sidney were both amazing coaches to get us through, doing nothing but giving uplifting words of encouragement and guiding us effortlessly through the entire workout! I don't know how they were talking cuz I could barely breathe. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an intense cycling cardio workout that makes you feel amazing after!!!

Great studio! Some of the best bikes I've seen in indoor cycling with a fun, encouraging staff. I can't wait to go back!
Lync was such a blast! I was soaked in sweat by the end of it. Sydney was such a great trainer and I can't wait to take her class again! I'll definitely need to get back there more so it doesn't hurt so much :)
