Great cardio, nice atmosphere but the thing I look for most is a strong sense of community. The instructors at Lync do a great job at ensuring everyone is there for the same reasons; to create a better version of themselves and having fun doing it!
Absolutely amazing spin class!!!!! Would recommend to anyone.
They treat you like family and it feels more like a dance party than a workout.
Kelsey’s Core class still hurts! Loved it! We rotated through core focused workouts that we would do for an entire song, a really neat idea! By the time i was finishing the set, I either had truly “perfected” my move and/or wanted to crumple to the floor from exhaustion. As a claustrophobic human, I kind of wished the mats were more spaced apart, BUT it really made me feel connected with the whole group, which I liked. I can’t wait for my next core class with Kelsey!
