Love this place, great instructors who keep you motivated and pushing yourself throughout the entire class!! Wish I wasn’t moving to El Paso or I would be a sucker for life there! Next time I’m in town I’ll be buying up some classes! Just love the feeling of leaving each class day feeling good about myself and the way to start or end the day! One of the few places that can get me up at 5:00am on a Monday. I’ve never taken a bad class because every instructor is amazing. Bonus: they have coffee (a must-have for those 5:45am classes)
Lync not only has a tough, but fun cycling class, but also a great strength class called Core to balance your workouts! The workout is great, but the community is the best part!
I go to Lync at least twice a week and it’s amazing!! ALL of the instructors will encourage and make you feel amazing! First class is free so DO IT!!!
