Everyone from the time I entered the serving bay was immediately efficient and friendly. I was actually taken to the person whom needed to enter my information. He double checked everything that I stated why I brought my vehicle to them. I was also informed that although I bought my vehicle somewhere else I could bring my vehicle to their facility for EVERYTHING due to my vehicle being a Chevy. I hadn't been able to find a ride back to the dealership and they came and picked me up. Again everything from start to finish was t... read more
My first experience with Len Lyall was in the sales department and I was not impressed. I felt pressured from both the sales person and his manager. I had no intentions of returning until I spoke to Rob Hughes. Not only was he helpful in getting me to the right sales person but he was knowledgeable and professional.
