Customer service is a joke! I need recall work done called 2 months ago, they said we need to order parts we will call you when they are in. Great, no problem. No call, I call back 3 weeks later. Oh yes we were just about to call you! Your part should be here in a week, we will call you. No call. Call back 2 weeks later. Oh yes! It is here when would you like to come in? Seriously? With the lack of attention to making simple phone calls, you think I trust you with repairing my car, which carries my family? No thanks!!

Worst place I've been. Service manger was a joke won't help you at all. Apparently they just don't like being help cause they sent me down the road with no help at all and was really rude throughout the whole experience.

On Tuesday I called the Parts dept. about a part I needed installed, said they would order it and would be in on Wednesday, quoted me a price for the part, and transferred me to Service department to make an appointment. Service told me no appointment was needed and that Parts would call me when the part arrived and get me in. Awesome! I called Wednesday morning around 10:00am, part was in (no one had called me) and they did not have time for an appointment today. Ok. Booked ...Continue Reading

Earlier this summer we passed through Aurora and needed an oil change in our new Corvette Z06; this being our second free oil change. I brought the car to Len Lyall and was stunned at how good the service was; they even told me that only Mobile 1 would be going into the car. Considering I was a nobody Canadian and driving through the States, and they knew they weren't making a penny off me, they were great people, fast and efficient.

I'm not typically one to go out of my way to write reviews, but my experience at Len Lyall Chevrolet was so smooth. Buying a car can be a pain, but the staff was patient, kind and honest. I worked with Troy who was not only an experienced salesman, but humorous, which made the car buying experience a fun time. They helped me find a car meeting all my requirements and had the best competitive pricing! I even sent my mom and sister over there to buy cars a week later and they were so good to us!! I went in today thinking my lease was up clearly that was my fault BUT for the sales rep who sold me the car say "sorry if I mislead" laughed that I have hated my Cruz since the first of many recalls then says you can trade it in but will take a big hit. Wow thanks but no thanks I took a hit with my Acura trade in 2 yrs ago with you guys. I was ok trading up but lesson learned I will never lease again and this time next year I will BUY but else where. Alex in the service department is the only good thing about your staff.
