Was lied to and given contradicting information from the Customer Service rep and the mechanic. Was charged $95 for a diagnostic that was not even completed properly and would have been charged $145/hr for 7 hours of repairs that can be completed in about 4 without professional tools. Horrible experience that has convinced me that I cannot trust this company. Absolutely will not recommend for anybody to go here.

They sure don't know how to treat customers!! My son went to buy a truck. They asked him his age and how much he made. After that they wouldn't help him...Sad because he will buy a truck this weekend...just not from Len L!! And I am also looking for a new truck but after the way they treated my son...I will take my business else where!
