I have been going to Len Lyall for over 15 years and I keep go back because of the great service I get there
I've purchased several vehicles from Len Lyall. The Staff is always Friendly, Courteous, and Honest. Yesterday's visit was for an oil change. The Service Department Service Writer was prompt and courteous and friendly. It too about and hour or so to get the oil change done, as it's a first come first served operation. The wait was not a problem. Len Lyall Chevrolet is great! Keep up the Great Work, Guys!!
I called to another dealership first because its closer to my home and they were not very helpful. They couldn't get me in for two days and they had no rental cars (all of them were out). When I called you guys Bob was able to get me in that same day, fix the problem the same day and give me a rental car and the service was amazing. We are so happy to have found a Chevy location that does such a great job. Bob is a great too. He called me and updated me 2 times on the repairs and when the car would be done.
