It was a great experience. Zach was very professional and I never felt pressured to have to buy a vehicle. My first trip I didn’t buy anything and then I went back a week later and bought a Jeep. Len Lyall’s price was very fair and cheaper than what I could find on line. Overall it was a great experience and I’ll recommend anyone looking for a car to go to Len Lyall.

Service Tech was interested in nickel/dime-ing me than offering to help with my service questions. He noticed I had aftermarket replacement headlight lenses on the car - borderline made me feel like a criminal for doing so. News Flash, Chevy, I cannot get genuine GM lenses anymore. Always treated with respect and friendly attitude there - not this time. I could get the work done many other places than LL. Might have to start looking... Was a way better place with Jeremy and Kurt there...
Marcelo is such a professional guy and really helped us in the process. My second time buying with them, really recommend them.
