My last appointment was in March of 2025 with Matthew S Loecher at LVPG Urology - Muhlenberg. He stated that that they would be contacting me for a follow up after the insurance approval. I waited for a couple of months, then decided to contact the insurance myself and they stated that the procedure didn't need prior authorization. I am seriously done dealing with this practice. Today I take my 80 y.o. father for a cystoscopy in the office, drive him all the way there, take a day off of work, and his appointment has been canceled and rescheduled in 3 weeks AND they never called him. They claim he saw it on the portal, which is false bc my parents don’t use a cell phone or a computer. This is the second time this has happened to him where he gets there and the appointment has been canceled. Last time I took him the PA ordered a stat cat scan, for which ... read more
