"Dr." Faisal A Al-Alim did absolutely nothing to fix my trigger thumb. In fact, he made it worse. I pointed out that I have a lump on the base of my thumb. He looked into my eyes and squeezed it as hard as he could because he wanted to hurt me. He squeezed so hard his hand shook. He made it hurt for days and he made it, extremely, swollen for days. Got referred here by express care after being seen yesterday, they sent me here to a knee doctor when I hurt my whole leg knee to ankle, so today I leave still hurt but my knee is fine but no one looked at my ankle!
The most friendly workers from the receptionist to the nurses all so nice
There is a reason there is an overall 2.8 rating. The NPs notes indicate her highest concern was that I was "late" and by late --I wasn't early. No clear direction of action or treatment plan. Unable to upload a document in my chart after I had to print and hand deliver to their office. Waste of time.
