I had an ENT appointment which my doctor is nice
Was a patient of Dr Castaldo's from c. 2010-2013. Received excellent care, despite seeing PA and neurologist on alternating appointments. They couldn't resolve all of my issues, but some of them simply didn't have effective treatments at the time. Some of them still don't 15 years later.
Terrible, unprofessional practice. Appointments are repeatedly canceled, rescheduled and/or moved with little notice. If one dares to complain about the incredibly poor treatment, things only get worse. Avoid this practice at all costs.
