went for my follow up on sleep apnea on the second floor, and the lady in the front was not very friendly, but to Certain patience she was very jolly. Thank you and have a great day, but not friendly at all to me very straightforward, I could feel a nasty energy. I would have to say if it bothers you to attend to different people that don’t look like you then go back to Europe, very uncomfortable dealing with people with that mentality you could just feel it in her sour face.
People at the front desk are incredibly nice and helpful. Andrea is great, I’ve seen many other pa/doctors at walk ins and she’s one of the best I’ve had. Same with the nurses they are super nice and actually know what they are doing
