Cindy is the best any design you want she can do excellent service.
Highly disappointed in the services and wait time of this establishment. Nail tech told me she did not have time to give me a eyebrow waxing, after sitting for an hour. Walk-ins are not welcomed!!!!!!!!!!
The service was unprofessional. All I wanted was my toe nails polished and and an eyebrow wax. The nail tech was guy who didn't even know how to take the polish off. Needless to say polish was all over my foot, toe nails were uneven, all this just to take the polish off, I didn't even get my eyebrows waxed, they didn't even notice, never again!
I love the atmosphere in this spa great service as well.
I love everything about it..been coming here for years..
Went in to get acrylics soaked off and a gel polish. Instead I got 40 mins of my nails being peeled off and a lot of pain! My nails are so jacked from the way he removed them, I didn't even bother with the polish My first and only time at this place!
No stars! I received very poor customer from the manager and Snow.
David gives the best pedicure I have ever gotten !!! Great massage and takes his time .. I highly recommend!!! Just seems so hard to actually make an appt ... it’s been weeks cause I can’t seem to get a person on the phone that understands me or that I really understand ..!! Just tried again today 😖😒😞
The service and the atmosphere is top notch at this nail salon! They have a welcoming and friendly staff! Luxury Nails Spa is the best in the business♥
