I’ve gotten my manicures from her for years and she’s always been great! Wonderful conversations and atmosphere!
Horrible business and even more horrible business owner. She’s very rude and inconsistent. My nails came off the next day and she refused to do anything about it. I will never patronize this business again
Very terrible customer service.. Shop owner doesn't like answering questions.. Ugly nails.. 0-10 do not recommend.. Save your money
She needs to get better with her scheduling. It seems as if she doesn’t want to run her own business by her customers availability
I had been going to this nail tech for almost a year. She was a recommendation from a friend. For the most part my nails would last 4 weeks or more. (The reason I kept going) Decent conversations, but recently had a bad experience and she wasn’t trying to fix her error. I got my nails done a few days before Christmas and then 3 days later one thump popped off and then 2 days later my second thumb started lifting and a middle finger broke from opening a bag of chips.
