We stayed in for a week, first we didn't get the room we were promised, 50% off on valet we didn't get, main security door to hold was broken anyone can come in n out.beds are not comfortable at all
Always a great event or conference venue. Lovely facilities and excellent service.
Very nice hotel, but very strange. On two separate levels, too far to walk between the two (but there is a golf cart shuttle). If the weather isn't perfect (which it usually is) that can be a problem, as there is no way to get to the restaurant if you are in the upper level. But the food in the restaurant was very good. If they made a escalator between the two levels, and if the pool had a hot tub, and the hotel had a massage spa, it would be 5 stars...
A very special place that I return to. Staff who greet you with a smile and serve you a chilled glass of Riesling on the house when you are tired from traveling. A lovely pool � area without the noise. Perfect location and grace of excellence. The best hotel in LA.
