My toes are beautiful! My complaint is with the customer service. Today I had a terrible experience with them usually we are in and out. I have never been seated and forgotten about! When I asked what was going on they stated they have no one there who does acrylic but I can wait 30 minutes until some is done but I can only get dipped when I came in I stated what I wanted. It was a total inconvenience for something that could have been stated. #annoyed #nonails

I’m new to the area and this has been my go to nail place pretty much because of the location. I have had good, ok, and bad experiences there. The last two times, I have had a man nail tech (who wears glasses, customer beware). He is so rough, rude and talks non stop to any coworker within hearing shot. I know I can request not to have him but there’s lots of competition out there.

Yall were rude to customers coming into spend their money and support yalls business all because yall were busy… theres no reason to have an attitude and be short because what happens when you all dont have customers youd wish people came through yalls door… be nice be kind even when yall are busy and have to turn them away!

My friend went to this nail salon yesterday and left in tears. One picture is what she wanted and the other is what she paid $80 for that looks nothing like the original photo. Not everyone is vocal enough to speak up when they’re unhappy with a service which lead to her leaving in tears. Would you pay $80 for something of this “skill” level?
