I have never had such an awful experience with a business. First time I came in I planned my entire night around the appointment, showed on time, had to wait over half an hour and then couldn't get my nails done. Second time I booked online and got a confirmation to get my nails done for my wedding. I spent sixty dollars Ubering from work to be there on time and my appointment didn't go through.
