Everyone single lady in this office is amazing!!! They make my 6-year-old son feel so comfortable; he absolutely loves it here. When I can’t take him, I have my 74-year-old dad take him, and he even says how friendly and professional the staff is here. Highly recommended and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Ask to see Cynthia; she is amazing with kids.
Lux has a wonderful staff. Your greeted when you come in, when you go to a rm, the nurses always wants to make sure your comfortable, the doctors listen to all your concerns. When checking out, they are friendly and work with you if you need to reschedule.
Very friendly environment and Dr. Ryan is very professional and I am very satisfied with his answers to my questions. He took time to address my concerns. And one of the things I admire about this clinic is I was able to get an appointment right away, and check in went well smoothly, and no long wait to be seen. I definitely recommend this clinic for any dermatology concerns and for exceptional customer service.
I walked in to see when I could get an appointment for a couple of suspicious areas. I was able to get in same day with no wait time Attentive staff and very nice.
