Great service department! I bought a used car last year from Luther Kia and am very happy with it. The service department is awesome! They always do a great job and the staff are very friendly and easy to deal with. Online scheduling is nice too.
Consistantly Awesome Service As usual, the Luther Nissan service department shines. I was in for a routine oil change - that went without a hitch. They did mention that my tires were in very bad condition, which I already knew to be true, so there assessment was spot-on - as it was with my brakes too; I had installed a new set of brakes myself a few months ago and the service manager reported that the brakes were in "excellent" condition, as I knew they were. Great service I recently had my Nissan Sentra in the shop to have a new instrument panel fitted, it was a very easy experiance with there helpful employees keeping me informed and having everything ready when I came in so I hadn't any waiting around. It truly was one of my most pleasant expieriences of having work done on my car.
Warning! I helped my daughter with the purchase of a 06 Nissan Murano in December. The purchase itself was smooth but that was the last thing that went well. Somehow they screwed up half of her papers, the ones related to her title and warranty. We are still waiting for the warranty paperwork after two attempts to correct this over the last two months. LOVE Luther Nissan! Great Service I purchased my first brand-car from Luther Nissan. I loved my experience so much that I referred a family member and friend, both of which purchased new Nissans from them! The great service has continued on to the service department.
