Dreams Come True The guys at Luther Nissan are a dream come true :) I went to several dealers and was never treated the way Dave and rest of the Luther Nissan family made me feel. I never thought that I would be driving away in a brand new car. I will forever recommend family and friends to Luther Nissan everyone shoulde be a part of a great family.
Surprisingly pleasant buying and service experience. 5 star service, from our courteous and knowledgeable used vehicle salesman Kyle, to the prompt and courteous service department personnel, who took care of a couple of minor problems in a friendly, expert manner.
Great buying experience! I have never had a better car buying experience! I purchased a used Nissan Maxima, and everyone from my salesperson, Mike, to the Used Car Manager, Rich Spah, to the Finance person, Chuck, were fabulous to work with. They were very patient with me, and addressed all of my questions. As a female, buying a car can include some anxiety, but the staff at Luther really made it a great experience. I will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone!
Customer for life! Just moved here from out of state and looking to find a new place to get service maintenance for our vehicle. So I took a chance on Luther KIA. The place had a free WiFi connection for customers in the waiting area and coffee. Great idea! However, they mixed up the services I asked for and immediately took responsibility for the error and them performed the service I originally went in for. Women are non-existent My husband and I recently purchased a new Kia Sedona for me. We specifically requested the title be put in both of our names. We haven't received the title yet, but since I picked up my new vehicle, we have received letters in the mail from Luther Nissan Kia, both addressed to my husband instead of me or us and when I called to make an apppointment with the Service Department to get something checked on my new vehicle, they asked my name, but the order was put in my husbands name and I received a confi... read more
Auto service done right Although I didn't purchase my car from this dealer, after a bad experience at a competitor - just trying to get my car fixed - this dealer welcomed me and got me in and out quickly. They took good care of me and my car and offered me a ride to work if I couldn't wait. Service people were very nice. I will return here for service in the future!
