Waited months for the QX30 to arrive. When we walked in on a Saturday they were quite busy, but every one working there still acknowledged us. Sales manager Jeff introduced himself, gave us the keys to the 2 units they had and allowed us to check them out until a salesman was available, which wasn't long.
