Where do I begin, everyone here is very welcoming and they make you feel at home. If you don't know something they will educate you to the best of their knowledge. I recently purchased a 2017 q50 red sport from this location. Let me start off by saying this was one of the best sales experience or the best sales experience I have ever had in my life. Excellent experience working with Dave M (sales) and Brad M (finance)! Couldn't be easier to buy a car from this group.
Friday was in negotiations for a 2015 QX60 had money and trade in ready. There was a scratch on the back that we where told that could be fixed but the mechanics won't be in until Monday. Got a call from sales person Saturday asking us when we where going to pick up QX60 and said he would make sure the list we sent him to fix would be worked on. No call on Monday, Tuesday, and was told sales guy was out Wednesday today was told that some other sales person sold the car and the sale manager now is out.
When I hear 'we'll take care of everything', and you back it up in email, I don't expect the car to be sold while I wait for bumper touchups and sand to be cleaned from the seats. I expect more from a luxury car dealership.
