I was very pleased with my experience at Hopkins Honda. I don't have the best credit and Debbie was determined to not let that slow us down. She worked with me and the lender to get me in a much safer, more reliable vehicle. Glenn and Brittany were also both very friendly and more than happy to answer any questions or concerns I had. We had a service bulletin out on our Pilot for the transmission. i called to set up a service apointment and advised the rep about the bulletin. They were not aware of what they were and instantly looked to see if there was a recall. There wasnt one. Once i brought the car into service the advisor knows what they are and assured me if the can replicate the issue its covered at 100% . I was quoted 3 hrs and they finished in 2 1/2.
