Great customer service! I learned so much about my vehicle and about dealerships in general. We also like feeling like we mattered as their customers, not just a waste of time as we have at another dealerships!
I always get great service, even when I drop in because I think something may not be right and I have questions. All the staff, including the courtesy drivers, are pleasant, courteous, and timely. They don’t even mind when I bring my Pom in with me. He enjoys the popcorn. I’m on my second lease with them and couldn’t be happier.
My husband and I just purchased a 2016 Acadia yesterday. Dale(salesman) and Bruce in the finance department were extremely easy to work with and we felt very comfortable with the whole process every step of the way. Our last car buying experience with a major local competitor was exactly the opposite, so we came into this very nervous we were going to be taken advantage of....exactly the opposite! If you’re in the market for a new car, definitely check out Luther first!
Paul in the service department was excellent. Had truck issues (of course right when I was leaving town AND right at closing time), he had me come right in. Himself and a mechanic were waiting for me. They got it in and got it done and I was on my way. So thankful for them! I will be returning to Luther
Trust isn't always easily earned in the automotive industry. It's great having this dealership close by and I don't trust my vehicles to anyone else! Love these people!
