RecommendedThe service department always does a good job. However I was asked if I would like my truck washed before I picked it up. Of course I said yes, got a text telling me my truck was ready. Went to pick it up and it was just as dirty as when I dropped it off. Don’t ask me next time if there is no intention of carrying through.

My service advisor always remembers me and is so friendly! He is great about letting me know what services I need immediately, what can possibly wait, what I will need soon and how much everything will cost, including labor. Staff is always friendly and helpful!
The techs are honest. They didn’t recommend anything I didn’t need. Much better service here than what I received at gateway Chevrolet.

I had some checks stolen from me. One of these checks was fraudulently used at the luther buick and gmc parts counter. Ever since I have recieved unprofessional and threatening emails and letters. Even after notifying them that it was FRAUDULENT, I am being threatened for it to go into collections. I have had no trouble with any other merchant in this fiasco. Only Luther. Needs to do a better job on oil changes, told me my transfer case seal was leaking, all it was the vent on the transmission burped some oil out. Cost me time on a short weekend.
