I bought a car, not from them but needed a warranty issue with air bags and they have had the car for 8 days now and still won't be done for 2 to 3 more days. excuse is because of covid parts are behind. I looked online and can get in two days. little frustrated.

I think they could give my daughter a better deal on her bill. For what they did to her car.
I came into Luther looking for the right fit for our large family of 7. Karen was the person helping us. She made me feel so welcomed and not pushed into anything. She respected my boundaries as a person but as a mother also. She was super helpful with the entire buying process from test drive to purchase making sure to help me with my kids even though it was a long process for them. Karen was great to work with. Went in looking for a used suburban with reasonable mileage for reasonable price. With the shortage of used suburbans... instead found an Acadia with almost everything I was looking for in the suburban. At the price and mileage I wanted. Karen was very nice and very knowledgeable on the vehicle!!! The finance department was also very willing to work with us on getting our interest rate lowered. Thanks for the great service!
