Salesperson was friendly, but car was sold
Was ok to work with, fair in the deal, but when it comes time to put the hammer down and make a deal that makes you feel good when you leave, they stop and "we are a one price store" no thanks type. For some that is OK, I wanted to dial in the deal a little more to see if they couldn't move a little more on the price/trade-in.
Very kind and courteous. Took extra videos of the car for me to review.

I wanted a buyers order on the car and I got a lengthy email none of which was what I asked for.
Not a great experience. Typical car dealer attitude. Take it or leave it. It is priced right to sell and that's it. They did what they said they would do to prepare the car for pick up.
Reached out but the guy did not seem interested. I purchased my car somewhere else. Sometimes it felt that because the dealer was large they could care less.
