Travis was very responsive, sent photos, answered all questions, and arranged for airport pickup.
Car was over book value & trade in for my car was under book. Did not make financial sense to me. Dealership people responsive until we got to my trade value. Then silence. They are money oriented.

They contacted me through the phone (even though I didn't give my phone number through CarGurus, they had it as I've been there for service). Guy on the phone answered the questions I remembered putting into the form, he clearly did not have my questions in front of him. Promised to follow up through email, never did.
