A sales rep contacted me within minutes of my inquiry. They were very professional and pleasant and answered all my questions.
The dealership offered some great options to meet my needs. The Audi E Tron was a super nice car, but I’m going to wait for something new. EVs are changing so rapidly.
Did not have the car I wanted. Advertised a car they did not have in the proper trim. Not really willing to deal on these 'mistakes'. The Luther dealerships seem to make this a practice vase d on two others I have been too. Won't due any kind of internet deal which makes it doubly disappointing when you drive 200 miles and then back with no deal or car.
Very friendly, professional and responsive
It seemed like a scam . The truck had 3 different tires on it ( different brands and different treads ) and they tried to act like it was totally normal to sell a SUV that way . Super low-balled us on the trade-in even though we had an offer for our trade-in . I wouldn’t deal with this dealership again.
They contacted me immediately on a Sunday. We set up an appointment to see the car the next day. The Tiguan was in excellent condition. The sales person Linda was great. She took care of all of our needs and made the purchase easy. We love the car! I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
