The worst tenant experience, they never in the office , they just bought this area here in Brooklyn Maryland but there is no one picking up the phones or is in office , they have raise the rent and now they charge the water you might think the rental experience as a tenant would be better but it has decreased so much , I don’t know what is this company plan they want to kick out the Latino community I feel like they have a plan to gentrify this area , they say they focused on community , that’s not true at all !!

Before Lustine, my apartment experience was great; maintenance repairs were done on time, there was always someone in the rental office if I had a question and if I called the office, there was always someone to pick up during business hours. Ever since they purchased our buildings, everything has gone downhill. My first year was amazing! After that, things have declined, drastically. The building has a major pest issue and the mice are everywhere! If you ever need assistance you are out of luck because the phone at the main office never works or the staff doesn’t answer the calls. The resident coordinator, refuses to provide management contact information. This is incredibly unprofessional. And to end it all I was charged $300 for a lock out fee! During the day! Worst renting experience I have ever had. Stay far away from them unless you are okay with cheap rent that comes with nothing but problems, lies and threats. I lived at a property in Arlington, VA. Here are a few examples of the many bad experiences I had. 1) Took them 4 weeks to replaces the broken tub in my bathroom. During those 4 weeks I could not shower in my own place.
