I had an awesome experience at lush yesterday. Haley was so helpful and informative. I tried my ultrabland face cleanser last night, and all I can say is skin is looking nice this morning. I still want to try the products long term, but so far I'm very pleased. Thanks Haley!
Okay today was my first time ever inside a Lush. Heard okay things but wanted to give it a try. No joke seriously 100% THE BEST customers service I have ever encountered. Ever. Jaime was the lady who helped me figure everything out and took me section by section doing demonstrations. She was super knowledgeable about the products and if she didn't know she asked others. Love this place. In town for a basketball tournament and happened upon this store. Jaime helped us find some products for our boys' hair. Used them as soon as we got back to our hotel and omg! The smell is divine and their hair looks and feels so soft and nourished. Thank you Jaime! Oh and they loved the soap you gave them a sample of and played in the tub for 45 minutes. Great staff and fabulous products.

The employees here are so nice, polite, and helpful, literally the nicest people I've ever talked to in a store. They all made sure I got everything I needed �
The entire team was incredibly nice and helpful, but one team member in particular went above and beyond to help me and my friends. Alyssa T! I asked her which moisturizer she would recommend based on my skin type and she sat down with me, provided demonstrations and instructions, and gave me a complete skin care regiment! My boyfriend and I came in today to look around and I was so happy with everyone there. I always worry that employees just talk to me to sell me things. But each lady working today made an effort to have a conversation with us. They educated me on a few products I wasn't familiar with, but weren't at all pushy with selling. I think I ended up buying a little more because of it. I just want to thank everyone there for being so kind. I wish we lived closer to Milwaukee!
