I was just here yesterday (second time ever, my first time was less than a week ago) to trade in some pots for a face mask. I read some reviews about the lines being awful, but neither time I was there was bad. (And the first time was Black Friday) I was so beyond impressed with the customer service... I've always seen LUSH in Macy's before it became a store. They always had cool things, but I was hesitant to try because I have oily skin. One day after work, I decided to pop in and see if they had any charcoal soap. They did. Angela was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products she was showing me.
