This lush is so so so great! I had never been to a lush before. My friend and I were in here for probably an hour. The staff was so sweet and helpful and let us try probably like a million products. A lot of the staff were newer but you could tell they were trained exceptionally well. One of them, i think her name was Jasmine? Was so kind and answered all our crazy questions. she matched my friend and I up with really perfect products. TOTALLY sold on this store. <3
I always love lush.. I've been to many locations, from Nevada to France but this is by far my favorite store! Everyone is always kind, helpful and have great product knowledge. Today my sister and I stopped in to grab a face mask. They gave us a full out spa treatment. Thank you guys for always giving us love and taking care of us! You're the best!
My friend and I went into Lush tonight and left SO happy with our purchases and the help from Amanda. She was super helpful and such a sweet girl! Everyone else seemed to be extremely friendly and helping customers. We will definitely be returning to buy more products.
My 11 year old had a birthday party here....yeah, they do birthdays! It was worth every penny! It's a party that entirely gives back, you can feel good about the products and the fun! The girls were amazing and had as much fun as we did. They didn't even let me tip them! I'm looking forward to stopping in again soon.
Went in today and had the best experience with Jenny at Mayfair! She was so helpful and kind! Thank you for helping me with the face masks and skin care, and fort giving me a sample of the moisturizer!! I really appreciated that! :) I will definitely be back!
The staff is unbelievably friendly. The space is very small and crowded which can feel claustrophobic but the sales team seem to have adapted to that and maneuver around giving demos to customers. The store, though crowded, was meticulously organized and stocked (I was excited to grab a pumpkin bath bomb). Speedy checkout.
